Watching over their online projects with a calm sense of authority and, where appropriate, giving them gentle, loving nudges in the right direction. Offering up hints and tips for how to improve their sites and suggesting new and innovative methods of intriguing their users. We don't mind doing this, because hey, that's just what we're here for!
